Have you trained before? If so, what are the differences you like about CrossFit than your past training? I did lifting The biggest difference In my eyes is that I am actually in the best shape of my life and pushed further each time then I ever have been by just lifting weights

What is one of your main goals for CrossFit? To be good at everything
What do you do outside of the box that is going to help your performance inside the box? Sports staying active eating healthy
What do you enjoy on your leisure time? Playing sports watching movies spending time with family
Thoughts on CrossFit: Crossfit is more then what I expected it has improved my mind just as well as my body. The people you meet in Crossfit carry a spirit it seems with them that just carries through one another without even knowing it we are teaching each other how far we really can go. Everyday is something new and different that we didn’t know we could do or we couldn’t do before. I stay motivated by not taking my physical abilities for granted I don’t eve want my body be the reason I can’t do something or be great at it. Thanks for all the support I think it keeps us all going.
