What is you athletic background?
I grew up swimming but I wasn’t super competitive.
What do you do for a living?
Domestic Godess….or homemaker, take your pick
How long have you been CrossFitting?
Since June 2015
Have you trained before? If so, what are the differences you like about CrossFit than your past training?
I have never trained for anything but I’ve always worked out. I love CrossFit because the workouts are never the same, the camaraderie, and everyone is there to better themselves.
Don’t have one yet. I just try to do what’s on the board without throwing up or crying.
Favorite CrossFit moment:
Doing a wod Rx!
What is one of your main goals for CrossFit?
It used to be about losing weight but now the focus is being stronger and faster than I was yesterday.
What do you do outside of the box that is going to help your performance inside the box?
I eat as healthy as is reasonable and try to get enough sleep (try).
What do you enjoy on your leisure time?
Play with my family, naps, watching movies, and reading.
What advice would you give a new CrossFitter?
Don’t quit! If you can’t do what other athletes are doing, give it your best and know you can get there if you put in the time and work.
Any final thoughts on CrossFit?
I love CrossFit! I feel stronger and more ablebodied than I’ve ever been. The coaches are awesome and the people are great!
