My main goals for doing CrossFit are to improve my overall fitness.

I try to eat somewhat healthy, stretch and go on the occasional run.
What do you enjoy on your leisure time?
I spend time with friends and family. I also enjoy hiking and mountain biking.
What advice would you give a new CrossFitter?
Just do your best and keep coming back. It’s tough when you first start out but eventually your body will improve/adapt to it and you will start seeing some good results.
Any final thoughts on CrossFit?
It’s by far the best work out I’ve done. It’s also nice working out with a group of people that are all positive and encouraging.
