Have you trained before? If so, what are the differences you like about CrossFit than your past training?
A: Just went to the gym and worked out..nothing special
A:I forgot the name but we row and do bench press and we work our way down I love it even though my chest was hurting for days lol
Favorite CrossFit moment:
A: I did 3 Pull ups on the Bar instead of the Rings I was very excited lol
What is one of your main goals for CrossFit?
A: To get stronger and Lose 30 more pounds
What do you do outside of the box that is going to help your performance inside the box?
What do you enjoy on your leisure time?
A:Going to church, spending time with my friends and family and working
What advice would you give a new CrossFitter?
A:It’s Tough but I’ll tell u it’s worth it and u will be excited with the results
Any final thoughts on CrossFit?
