Athlete will burden carry to fence, drop weights, and run back…perform 5 HSPU/OHS. After completing the 10 reps, they will run back to their weights and carry them for 100 more meters. Drop weights and perform the other 2 movements. Athlete will cont this pattern and time ends when plates are in the box and perform the last 2 movements
Burden Carry is any way they wish to transport 2 plates 800m but 100m at a time.
